EuroPlast's primary service is Plastic Injection Molding. Plastic injection molding presses ranging from 20 to 610 ton can be utilized to produce a wide variety of parts. In addition to injection molding, a full compliment of ancillary operations are available for finishing or assembly.

EuroPlast also specializes in producing parts from a variety of non-standard mold designs, including;

• Hot Runner System

  Molds utilizing hot runner systems have the advantage of reduced material usage by eliminating the need for runners. The image to the right depicts a part made without a hot runner system and one with a hot runner system. The amount of wasted material on the non-hot runner part is clearly evident.

• Overmolding

  Overmolding is a process in which a second type or color of material is molded onto an existing part.

• Unscrewing molds

  Unscrewing molds are used for parts which require external or internal threads.
